You’ll roast, blend, and season your way through two authentic recipes—a vibrant red salsa and a tangy green salsa—while exploring the cultural history and traditions that make salsa a cornerstone of Mexican cuisine. Along with two jars of fresh salsa to take home, you’ll leave with the recipes, techniques, and confidence to recreate these flavors again and again for holiday gatherings, everyday meals, or thoughtful homemade gifts. No experience needed—just bring two clean jars (8 oz or larger) and an apron. All fresh ingredients and tools are provided.
