Everyday Aromatherapy: Essential Oils for Sleep, Relaxation & Wellness (GCC Main | June 9, 2026)

In this beginner-friendly class, you’ll learn what aromatherapy is—and what it isn’t—how essential oils are made, and how they interact with the body and mind. With a focus on safety, quality, and practical application, you’ll explore simple ways to incorporate essential oils into your daily routine to promote relaxation, ease tension, and support better sleep. Perfect for anyone curious about natural self-care, this class requires no prior experience.

All participants must sign a General Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability (Waiver) form before participating. If the participant is under 18, the form must be signed by a parent or guardian. The waiver is linked below for preview, and a physical copy will be available to sign at check-in before class begins, or you may print and bring a signed copy.
