In this beginner-friendly class, you’ll learn what aromatherapy is—and what it isn’t—how essential oils are made, and how they interact with the body and mind. With a focus on safety, quality, and practical application, you’ll explore simple ways to incorporate essential oils into your daily routine to promote relaxation, ease tension, and support better sleep. Perfect for anyone curious about natural self-care, this class requires no prior experience. ***Participants will also receive a relaxing roller bottle blend to take home.***

Choose one 2-hour Session: 2:00pm or 6:30pm
