Yoga Nidra - September 18th - 6:00PM-7:00PM

An instructor-led guided meditation, involving body scans, breath awareness, and visualization. The goal is to reach a state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleep, where the body is deeply relaxed, and the mind is still aware. Yoga Nidra helps quiet the mind, improves focus and concentration, reduces stress and anxiety, improves sleep quality, enhances creativity and promotes overall well-being. Open to the community ages 13+. (Ages 13-17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian). This event begins promptly at the time listed above. Please arrive early; late entries will not be permitted.
